As a complement to our electrical construction / project group, Terminal-Andrae provides value added engineering solutions for industrial applications. These solutions include complete automated control and power systems using PLC (programmable logic controllers) with PC based MMI (Manufacturing Management Information) systems. We have provided these systems for many different industries including: automotive, chemical, food/beverage, environmental, packaging, printing, pharmaceutical, pulp/paper, steel products, and utilities.  The systems we provide often include data collection and reporting systems as well as batch management, material tracking, down-time data collection, and graphical trending.  We often use real-time relational database installations to integrate plant data with event, summary, production and configuration data. Many of the integrated control systems  we work on require that we not only understand the processes we are working on, but also understand and use the most current software/hardware platforms to meet our customers' needs. We routinely integrate multiple software programs in the Windows - 2000/XP environment(s) using client-server databases, networking, and object technology to provide seamless solutions.
